If you cancel before the order is picked up by our courier partner — full cancellation, zero charges!
Any advance payment will be fully refunded (excluding delivery charges if already incurred).

⚠️ Cancel AFTER Order is Out for Delivery — Delivery Charges Apply!

If you cancel while the delivery person is on the way to your doorstep, the cancellation will be accepted BUT delivery charges must be paid.
The delivery charge will be deducted from your refund or collected at the door.

🚪 Doorstep Cancellation: If you refuse the order when the delivery person arrives, the delivery charges are non-refundable and must be settled.
